What is FUTUREMAKERS?
This event is the ideal opportunity for students, job seekers and companies to enter into conversation with each other in an accessible way.
The food industry is innovating continuously and can use new talent! During FUTUREMAKERS, top business leaders and the next generation meet to discuss the future and eat a biscuit together. Any form of tension is removed by mixing & matching visitors and companies in a playful way. And all of this takes place in the brand new, hip Sophia's in Leeuwarden.
FUTUREMAKERS is an initiative of Bakery Sweets Center, Mobility Network Northern Netherlands, Fryslân works! and the Dutch Bakery Center. In collaboration with schools and businesses. With the creativity, optimism and enthusiasm of Claim Your Future, a tasty event is set up in which we take a step into the future together!

Of course you go to a job market to find a job. We think it is important that there is a match. From both sides. That is why you not only meet the 'bosses', but also the people with whom you will soon be working. You can ask them anything, so you can be well prepared

INTERNSHIP PLACES
An internship is the best way to get to know a company and experience a position. Are you looking for a suitable internship? Then this is the perfect place! And... An internship often leads to a job.
EDUCATIONS
Does a company seem very cool to you, but you don't have enough knowledge? We give works in collaboration with Fryslân! no less than 10 courses away! From the basic bread baking course to operator and manager.
TRAINEESHIPS
We love to see young professionals! With a traineeship you get to know the tricks of the trade at a high level within a company. Not literally, of course. Each and every one of the companies are so-called 'learning organisations', which have long since ceased to have a top-down approach.
PITCH PLAZA!
You decide where you start. You read it right. Companies are eager for good interns and employees and tell who they are looking for on Pitch Plaza. Do you feel addressed?
